Is VERV: Community suitable for all types of communities? β€” Yes, VERV: Community is designed to cater to a wide range of communities, whether they are managed by an HOA, a non-HOA, or a property management company. Its features are versatile and can be adapted to the unique needs of different communities.

  4. How does VERV: Community handle maintenance and repair requests? β€” VERV: Community streamlines the process of reporting and tracking maintenance and repair issues. Residents can easily submit a request, and property managers can track these requests, assign them to the appropriate personnel, and update residents on the status of their requests.

  5. May we propose new features or improvements to the platform? β€” Absolutely! We value the feedback of our users and encourage them to propose new features or improvements. As a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), these proposals can be discussed and voted on by the community.

  6. How does the Shared Warehouse feature work? β€” The Shared Warehouse feature provides a platform for residents to share or borrow items within the community. Residents can list items they are willing to share or search for items they need. This promotes a culture of sharing and reduces the need for every resident to purchase items they only need occasionally.

  7. What is the Local Suppliers' Marketplace? β€” The Local Suppliers' Marketplace is a feature that connects residents with local businesses. Whether it's a local bakery, a handyman, or a gardening service, residents can discover and support local businesses. This not only promotes the local economy, but also provides residents with easy access to services and products.

  8. How secure is the platform? β€” Security is a top priority at VERV: Community. We employ robust security measures to protect your data and ensure the integrity of our platform. We are also in the process of obtaining various security certifications to further enhance our security measures.

  9. How easy is it to set up VERV: Community for our community? β€” Setting up VERV: Community is quite straightforward. The Initiative Group from the community needs to fill out a form to get in touch with us. After confirming their intention to set up a Community, they will be provided a free subdomain. The Initiative Group must provide a list of the existing residents, along with their phone numbers, to whitelist the registrations. Subsequently, the community is set up and ready to go.

  10. Can we integrate VERV: Community with our existing systems? β€” Yes, VERV: Community has a robust and powerful API and can be integrated with your existing solutions. Currently, this is possible only via a custom tailored solution. Please contact us for more details.

  11. What kind of support do you provide? β€” We provide basic support via our electronic feedback system for most users. Any user can send us feedback and expect a response within the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) period.

  13. What training or resources are available to help us get the most out of VERV: Community? β€” For Premium users, we offer a Basic Training Course that provides a comprehensive understanding of the platform. For other users, we have detailed product documentation and how-to videos on YouTube.
