Elkin Akhundzada, President

Elkin is the visionary behind VERV. Living in the suburban area of the Kyiv region, he experienced firsthand the challenges of community management. This inspired him to create a solution that would simplify these processes and bring efficiency and transparency to community management. As the Founder and President, Elkin guides the strategic direction of VERV and ensures that we stay true to our mission.

Ksenia Puhleacova, VP of Operations

Ksenia is the operational powerhouse of VERV. With her keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, she ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. As the Vice-President of Operations, Ksenia oversees all operational aspects of VERV, from project management to quality assurance.

Ion Creanga, VP of Business Development

Ion, an innovative entrepreneur, has always been driven by a singular objective – to consistently deliver top-tier results. Back in 2015, he co-founded a Fintech company in Moldova, breaking new ground by being the first to offer online loans. This pioneering move catapulted his company to become one of the fastest-growing entities in the sector, effortlessly attracting several rounds of investment.

From a humble initial investment of $50k, Ion's strategic leadership and business acumen propelled the company to an impressive valuation of nearly one million dollars in less than four years. But he didn't stop there. Ion's entrepreneurial spirit led him to successfully launch numerous companies across diverse sectors such as HoReCa, Construction, and Manufacturing.

As a CBDO and co-founder, Ion was at the helm of teams exceeding 50 employees. His dynamic leadership and strategic foresight tripled sales and refined the company strategy, always together with his partners, to ensure the optimal balance between quality and profit. Under Ion's stewardship, the company delivered an astounding APY rate of over 50% and achieved a growth rate of at least 100% each year for three consecutive years.

Orkhanbay Zeynalli, VP of Engineering

Orkhanbay is the technical genius of VERV. He leads our engineering team, ensuring that our platform is robust, secure, and user-friendly. As the Vice-President of Engineering, Orkhanbay oversees all technical aspects of VERV, from product development to system architecture.

Zaur Akhundzada, VP of Business Development

Zaur is another key player in our business development team. His entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen play a crucial role in expanding VERV's reach and impact. As the Vice-President of Business Development, Zaur works closely with Ion to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
